Integrating Beaver Builder Form with Form Vibes
This documentation explains how the Beaver Builder Contact Form module integrates with Form Vibes, how submissions are captured, and how to verify the integration is working.
When Form Vibes is installed alongside Beaver Builder, it automatically captures submissions from the Contact Form module and stores them in the Form Vibes submissions table.
How the Integration Works
Once both plugins are installed and activated:
- Beaver Builder handles form creation and frontend submission.
- Form Vibes hooks into every successful submission.
- Submissions are saved to the Form Vibes database table.
- Entries appear under Form Vibes → Submissions in your WordPress admin.
Step 1: Install and Activate Both Plugins
- Install and activate Beaver Builder.
- Install and activate Form Vibes.
Step 2: Add a Contact Form Module
Edit any page with Beaver Builder and drag the Contact Form module onto the canvas. Add the form name and configure the module's settings - recipient email, name field, email field, subject, and message field under the General tab.

Step 3: Save and Publish the Page
Click Save in the Contact Form module settings, then publish or update the page.

Step 4: Submit a Test Entry
View the page on the frontend and submit a test entry through the Contact Form.

Step 5: Verify Submission in Form Vibes
Navigate to Form Vibes → Submissions. Select the Beaver Builder form from the dropdown. Your test entry should appear in the list.
