How to Integrate WS Form with Form Vibes in WordPress

Form Vibes integrates with WS Form to capture and manage WS Form submissions directly in the WordPress database.
This documentation explains how WS Form works with Form Vibes, including how submissions are captured, how storage settings affect data capture, and what to expect when using different WS Form submission options such as disabled entry storage or AJAX submissions.
This guide is intended for users who:
  • Already use WS Form to create forms
  • Want to manage WS Form submissions using Form Vibes
  • Need clarity on integration behavior and data handling

How to Integrate WS Form with Form Vibes

Integrating WS Form with Form Vibes does not require any additional configuration or connector settings.
The integration works automatically once both plugins are active.

Step 1: Install & Activate Required Plugins

  • The first step is to install and activate both WS Form & Form Vibes plugin in your website.
  • After that create atleast one form using WS Form. To know more about how to create form using WS Form, you can check our detailed article.

Step 2: Submit a Test Entry

  • After that publish a form that you created on the frontend.
  • Submit a test form entry.
Once a submission is made, Form Vibes automatically captures the data and stores it in the WordPress database.

Form Vibes Pro

Instead of handling submissions across different form dashboards, Form Vibes helps you manage WS Form entries from a centralized and organized interface.

How Form Vibes Handles Disabled WS Form Submissions

WS Form allows you to control whether form submissions should be saved using its Save Form Submission setting. When this option is disabled, WS Form does not store submitted data in its own records.

Disable Save Submissions in WS Form

This is where Form Vibes becomes especially useful.
Even when the Save Form Submission option is disabled in WS Form, Form Vibes continues to capture and store submitted form data in the WordPress database. It means:
  • WS Form may not save the submission.
  • Form Vibes still captures the entry.
  • Your form data remains safe and accessible.
  • Submissions can be viewed inside Form Vibes -> Submissions.
This feature ensures that form data is not lost due to storage settings and gives you an additional layer of reliability when managing submissions.
